PUTTING ON THE APPLIANCE
WEARING THE BRACE FOR THE FIRST TIME
1 To put on the brace slide the patient’s arms through the shoulder straps (fig A).
2 Adjust the position of the shoulder straps using the Y-tab on the top end (fig B):
– Position the shoulder straps so that the padding protects the armpit.
– If they are too long, remove the Y-Velcro® strap, cut it to the correct length and reposition the
Y-Velcro® strap.
3 Fasten the snap-fit buckle at the front (fig C).
4 Adjust the length of the lower straps:
– Stretch the straps to fit the patient (fig D).
– If they are too long, remove the Y-Velcro® strap, cut it to the correct length and reposition the
Y-Velcro® strap (fig H + fig I).
5 Place the brace back on the patient and adjust the fit if necessary.
WEARING THE BRACE ONCE FITTED
6 Unfasten the snap-fit buckle.
7 To put on the brace slide the patient’s arms through the shoulder straps (fig E).
8 Pull the straps at the sides (fig F) and fasten them at the front with the snap-fit buckle (fig G).

Do not iron Do not tumble-dry
Washing instructions: hand wash at max. 30° C with neutral soap. Dry away from heat sources.

Do not dispose of the product or any of its components into the environment
