The DORSOLITE posture corrector is recommended not only in case of illness, but also for permanent wear for the purpose of prevention. At first, the wear interval should start from 30 minutes a day, gradually increasing the interval to 3-5 hours of continuous use. To obtain the expected effect, it is necessary to use the product for at least 3-6 months in a row.

CHARACTERISTICS AND MATERIALS
• The support and straps are made of PE foam in a bi-layer of velveteen and technical materia
• A back pulley system provides better traction when fastening.
• The straps can be adjusted and shortened using the Y-Velcro® straps:
– The overall length can be adjusted;
– The positioned of the shoulder straps can be adjusted.
• Fastens with a snap-fit buckle.
• Easy to put on, just like a backpack.

PUTTING ON THE APPLIANCE
WEARING THE BRACE FOR THE FIRST TIME
1 To put on the brace slide the patient’s arms through the shoulder straps (fig A).
2 Adjust the position of the shoulder straps using the Y-tab on the top end (fig B):
– Position the shoulder straps so that the padding protects the armpit.
– If they are too long, remove the Y-Velcro® strap, cut it to the correct length and reposition the
Y-Velcro® strap.
3 Fasten the snap-fit buckle at the front (fig C).
4 Adjust the length of the lower straps:
– Stretch the straps to fit the patient (fig D).
– If they are too long, remove the Y-Velcro® strap, cut it to the correct length and reposition the
Y-Velcro® strap (fig H + fig I).
5 Place the brace back on the patient and adjust the fit if necessary.
WEARING THE BRACE ONCE FITTED
6 Unfasten the snap-fit buckle.
7 To put on the brace slide the patient’s arms through the shoulder straps (fig E).
8 Pull the straps at the sides (fig F) and fasten them at the front with the snap-fit buckle (fig G).

MAINTENANCE
Do not bleach No chemical cleaning
Do not iron Do not tumble-dry
Washing instructions: hand wash at max. 30° C with neutral soap. Dry away from heat sources.
