ADAPTING FOR THE DOCTOR / TECHNICIAN
1 Open the Velcro® tape closures and provisionally secure to each other.
Loosen the side supporting plates from the rear plate.
2 With the help of the supplied Velcro® tapes, place the rear supporting plate on the centre of the leg
(fig. A). One end of the tape should be as close as possible to the edge of the plate.
3 Secure the side supporting plates with the Velcro® closure to the rear plate and make sure that the
rods are positioned precisely on the sides and the knee cap is located in the cut-out (fig. B).
The opening on the front must lie precisely over the knee cap.
4 If necessary, bend the rods to correspond to the anatomical profile
of the leg.
5 Tighten and secure the Velcro® closures using an alternating sequence.
PUTTING ON THE APPLIANCE FOR THE PATIENT
1 Open the Velcro® tape closures and provisionally secure to each other.
2 Close the Velcro® tapes on the rear supporting plate to provisionally secure to the knee
immobilisation support.
The opening on the front must lie precisely over the knee cap.
3 Tighten and secure the Velcro® closures using an alternating
sequence (high/calf) starting with the closures closest to the centres of the knee (fig. C).
MAINTENANCE

Washing instructions: hand wash at max. 30° C with neutral soap.
Dry away from heat sources.
Do not dispose of the product or any of its components into the environment.
